Are prices inclusive or exclusive VAT?
Prices listed are both with and without VAT. EC-residents without a VAT ID are charged 21% VAT..
Are the download files free of charge?
Trial versions are free of charge. At the time of installation, the license agreement mentions the period during which the trial software may be used free of charge.
Do I pay handling charges?
In case of physical delivery outside Holland, we charge for handling. In case of electronic delivery (ESD), we do not charge for handling.
Do you offer payment options other than creditcard?
In order to offer our customers a maximum service, we have a wide range of payment options. The number may vary per country.
How do you guarantee the privacy of the customer?
All customer information is solely for internal purposes. We will never sell, rent, lease or share your name, e-mailaddress or other personal information.
What to do when the trial period has expired?
For extended use you have to purchase a license in confirmity with the license agreement or otherwise remove the software from your computer.
